Registration, Rules & Regulations
- The RSS ’09 deadlines and submission fees for 2009 are:
- May 29, 2009 Earlybird Deadline is $25
- June 19, 2009 Regular Deadline is $35
- July 10, 2009 Late Deadline is $45
- July 31, 2009 Final Extended Deadline is $75
- The film’s total running time should between 1 to 12 minutes
- Foreign Films must have English subtitles
- NTSC Only (No PAL)
- The festival accepts Documentaries, Comedies, Avant-Garde’s, and Narratives
- Film may be shot on any format
- Film must be submitted on DVD for previewing
- Preview DVDs will not be returned
- RSS ’09 reserves the right to show short clips of the films to promote the festival (Internet / TV / other media)
- RSS ’09 reserves the right to use still images from the film to promote the festival
- Announcement of accepted films will be posted on the RSS ’09 website prior to the event
- Awards available to win are: Best of Festival and Best of Workshop
